Walkin' & Talkin'
Logan is now 16 months old, and it's amazing how much he's grown! He is becoming much more vocal and has finally decided that walking is in fact faster than crawling, even though Bella does pose to be an obstacle for him sometimes. We've been having so much fun with him. Watch these videos to get a taste of what I mean.
Trever's 1st Birthday
Logan's buddy, Trever, turned one! Our friends, Kristy and Jared, have a son, Trever, who is 4 months younger than Logan. Today we went to his birthday party and had a lot of fun! It's been such a blast watching Trever grow this past year. Happy Birthday, buddy!
Visiting Lo's Great-Grandparents
Unfortunately, Josh's grandma Maria isn't doing very well. Her health is steadily declining, so we decided to take a trip to Oceanside the day after Thanksgiving to visit her and Josh's granddad. Although the trip wasn't under the best of circumstances, Logan had a great time visiting with his Great Grandma and Granddad, Auntie Brooke, Uncle Ken, and cousins Alex and Connor.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Last year we hosted Thanksgiving at our house with Josh's family, so this year we went to my parents' house. We had a delicious meal and lots of fun with the family. We are so thankful to be blessed with loving family and friends. We hope your Thanksgiving was very special.

Logan and his Poppa.
Logan just loves his Poppa. Lo likes to do lots of "boy" things when he's hanging out with his Poppa. Poppa gave Lo a water bottle and Lo thought it would be funny to drink it and repeatedly spit it out. This game only lasted a few minutes, ended in a big wet mess, but both Lo and Poppa had tons of fun!
Kindergym
Kindergym is a class Lo has been taking every Monday for the past couple months. The class is structured so that the kids have free play, organized circle time w/songs, and "exercise" movements. It's something we look forward to doing every week because our friends--Lillie and Jillian, along with some other Stroller Strides buddies--are there too! The best part about Kindergym is it's FREE! Lo just "graduated" from the Fall term, and we are very much looking forward to the Winter term class.

"Bubble time" is definitely a favorite!

Lillie's 2nd Birthday Party!
For Lillie's 2nd Birthday we were invited to My Gym. This was our first time there and it was awesome! They have tons of fun stuff for the kids to do. Logan and all the other kiddos had a blast. Josh and I had to leave early to attend a wedding, so we'll definitely have to take Lo back again soon.

Logan's new favorite thing--the ball pit!
For Logan's 1st birthday we got him a small basketball hoop. When Daddy gets home from work, Lo and him shoot hoops. Logan is absolutely obsessed with playing with balls.

Lillie's Birthday Lunch
Our sweet niece, Lillie, just turned two! I can't believe it! My best friends, Ang and Jo, and I have made an effort to get together over the past few years to celebrate our birthdays. We usually grab lunch or sometimes it's dinner. Now that we have kiddos, we've decided to carry on the tradition and get together to celebrate their birthdays as well. Since Jo lives in Solana Beach, we decided to meet in San Juan Capistrano to cut down on her drive. I just love San Juan Capistrano because Josh and I were married here, and it's such an old town with lots of history. We had an amazing lunch on the patio at the Hummingbird Cafe, which is right next to the train station. I love getting together with these girls and their kiddos; it's always full of lots of fun and laughter!

Lillie just loved the pink shoes we got her for her birthday!
Believe it or not, this was the best picture we could get of all four of them (Lillie, Kalea, Ellie, and Logan).
